Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary

The HR Business Partner will provide strategic consultation and coaching to business leaders to create and implement HR strategies that foster organizational and people effectiveness as well as an inclusive culture. They will partner with Senior Director, HR to align HR strategy with business objectives and serve as a consultant to leaders and employees on the full employee life cycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in human resources including experience in performance management and employee relations.
• 1+ years of experience as human resources business partner.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate in English and Spanish with business proficiency, both written and verbally.
• Excellent relationship management skills and proven track record to leverage relationships throughout the organization to influence individuals and outcomes.
