Head Coach - Women's Water Polo

Job Summary

The Head Coach is responsible for all aspects of the management and administration of the women's water polo program. Serve as a positive role model for student-athletes and represent University in a first class manner. All job duties must be completed in compliance with University, Conference and NCAA rules and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree 
• 5+ years experience in coaching, preferably at Division I collegiate level; in a coaching role. Division I playing/coaching experience, a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of water polo  and NCAA rules and regulations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, interact effectively and appropriately with student-athletes
• CPR and AED Certification (must be certified within the first 6 months of employment) preferred
