Job Summary

This role involves purchasing supplies, submitting reimbursements for Women's Basketball staff, and providing reception duties. Additionally, the position involves developing and maintaining reports, acting as a liaison with stakeholders, and supporting the management of the team budget.

Minimum Requirements

  1. High school diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.
  2. Bachelor's Degree and knowledge of NCAA regulations is a plus
  3. Demonstrated knowledge with standard office software including Microsoft Office Suite preferred
  4. Experience with software systems used to process travel, purchases, and financial transactions preferred
