Head Coach - Baseball

Job Summary

This position requires a Bachelor's Degree and coaching experience. Preferred candidates have experience in baseball coaching or playing at NJCAA level or higher. A CDL drivers license is necessary, and the candidate should be able to work with diverse students and facilitate learning using different methods. Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as basic computer skills, are also required.

Duties:

Planning, organizing, conducting and evaluating daily practice sessions

Organizing and conducting the program workout and recruiting athletes

Coordinating all the activities with the Athletic Director, Financial Aid Office, Dean of Students Office.

Scheduling of games, Budget preparation and maintenance

Maintaining a working knowledge of NJCAA and Region V rules and regulations

Other duties as assigned.
