Head Softball Coach

Job Summary

We are seeking a head coach for our new collegiate softball program, which will compete against top teams in the NCAA and NAIA. The coach will be responsible for leading the program in alignment with our athletic department's core values. Collaborating with the Director of Athletics, the coach will help shape and execute a vision for the college's softball program.

Areas of responsibilities include:

Recruitment of assistant coaches

Attracting student-athletes

Budget management

Practice and game planning execution

Creating game schedules
