Head Coach/ SNOA Coordinator

Job Summary

This position is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the recruitment and retention of officials in cooperation with the Southern Nevada Officials Association. Oversee the ordering, inventory, rentals, and sales of gear and equipment needed for officiating sports.

Job Duties:

Creates a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.

Executes the project according to the project plan, develops forms and records to document project activities.

Advanced knowledge of business operations and project management.

Excellent recordkeeping, as well as written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage diverse responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Other duties as assigned.
