Job Summary
The position supports club operations, recruits and assesses members, provides training and guidance, supervises practices and events, ensures equipment maintenance, and upholds compliance guidelines and training requirements associated with the Campus Security Act (CSA).
Must Have:
Associate's Degree preferred, however the completion of at least one year of college (30 credits) will be considered.
3 years of prior cheerleading experience of which at least1 year was at the high school level and the other 2 years were at the college or professional cheerleading level.
Prior coaching or cheerleading training experience of which at least 1 year was spent in a supervisory or lead trainer capacity.
Proficiency to use Microsoft Office Suite and any related technology required of the position.
Valid NJ driver's license in good standing.
