Student Athlete Academic Advisor

Job Summary

Provide academic advising to football and women's tennis teams, ensuring compliance with university and NCAA guidelines. Monitor academic progress, provide timely reports, coordinate academic recovery plans, assist with recruitment efforts. Maintain compliance with rules and regulations, assist with orientation and study hall supervision. 

Required:

Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred

Minimum of two year's of experience in academic advising or a comparable field of advising

Proven experience working with diverse populations

Previous work experience in higher education

Knowledge of NCAA eligibility rules and progress towards degree completion 

Previous experience working with at-risk individuals and a Division I institution preferred
