Graduate Assistant Coach for Varsity Esports

Job Summary

This position provides program support for the Overwatch and Valorant teams, contributing to the campus community and aligning with the college's mission. Adherence to esports and institutional rules is essential while enhancing the student-athlete experience and aiding in achieving enrollment goals.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field required
• Experience coaching college-aged team members in both team and one on one settings
• Valid Driver’s License and outstanding driving record
• Demonstrated comfort with social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitch, etc.)
• Understanding of gaming PC’s and general troubleshooting is a plus, but not required
