Job Summary
Oversees and implements the Athletic Strength and Conditioning Program for 15 Division I sports programs. Collaborate with various departments, educate personnel, and design tailored programs. Responsible for safety measures and program effectiveness, they advise department leadership and ensure high-quality performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred with a minimum of 3 years experience working in Strength and Conditioning or a related area.
- Must possess one of the following certifications or obtain within 90 days of employment: NSCA, CSCS, CSCCa, SCCC and DBC Level 1
- Candidate needs to be First Aid/CPR/AED certified within the first 30 days of employment.
- Applicants must be able to maintain a thorough knowledge of NCAA and institutional rules, regulations and policies.
- Possess EMT certification preferred.
