Job Summary

The role involves leading the direction, strategy, and growth of the networks audio division, working with cross-functional teams, managing relationships with distribution platforms, developing audio programming, collaborating on branded opportunities, and analyzing performance metrics. This role focuses on enhancing listenership and revenue growth across the Podcast Network within the larger Audio Network.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.

7+ years of experience in audio production and digital media.

Knowledge/experience in television and broadcasting.

Demonstrated skill in developing and maintaining effective business relationships.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, notably Adobe Audition and Premiere.
