Senior Associate Athletic Director

Job Summary

This leadership role is pivotal in managing financial, administrative, and personnel aspects within the Athletics Department. It entails developing and enhancing talent programs, improving department morale, and assessing business practices for betterment. Overseeing NCAA, MVC, and MVFC reporting, as well as managing substantial budgets, are key responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of five (5) years of full-time experience in a financial, administrative, or personnel role in intercollegiate athletics.
• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities on a daily basis.
• Demonstrated ability to manage constant interruptions and shift priorities as issues arise.
