Job Summary
The Service Desk Specialist is the initial point of contact for technical issues in Windows and Mac environments. They provide efficient support via phone, email, and remote tools.
Responsibilities include offering technical assistance, updating progress, mobile device support, AV equipment maintenance, inventory management, and contributing to tech projects. Office presence and after-hours support are required.
Qualifications:
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3+ years of experience in a Help Desk / Service Desk role.
- Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite / M365.
- Must have superior customer service skills.
