Club Sports Coach

Job Summary

We seeks skilled Club Sport Coaches for Men's Soccer, Women's Basketball, Women's Lacrosse, Swimming, and Cheerleading.

This job is responsible in overseeing club teams, provide coaching, and foster sportsmanship and teamwork among student-athletes in the university's program.

Required Qualifications

• Coaching experience in the specific club sport or a closely related sport.
• Knowledge of coaching techniques, strategies, and rules for the specific club sport.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of student-athletes, coaches, and University staff.
• Familiarity with University club sports programs and the unique challenges and opportunities they present.
