Director of Baseball Operations

Job Summary

Provides operational support to the baseball team. This position manages the day-to-day administrative & operational functions for the baseball program including, but not limited to, travel logistics, planning recruiting and alumni events, and assisting with promoting and marketing the baseball team.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or higher degree; OR appropriate combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Previous experience with a Division I baseball program preferred.
• Very good organizational and communications skills, attention to detail daily.
• Knowledge of rules and regulations of the NCAA, Big Ten Conference and University preferred.
• Ability to establish engaging relationships within and across racialized and other marginalized communities.
