Responsibilities include overseeing competition management for esports conferences, supervising the leadership team, aiding in long-term planning, collaborating on revenue generation, and reporting to the Executive Director of Student Involvement.

Qualifications:

1. Masters degree in business administration, sport recreation, higher education.
2. Knowledge of college Esports programs and initiatives.
3. Program management skills with collegiate or professional Esports initiatives.
4. Demonstrated ability to provide follow through and meet deadlines.
