Assist. Women's Hockey Coach

Job Summary

The Assistant Coach plays a vital role in the organization and administration of the sports program. Primary responsibilities include coaching and training student-athletes in physical health, team concepts, safety, and sport-specific skills, as well as identifying and recruiting prospective student-athletes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required, Master's Degree preferred.

At least three (3) years of playing/coaching experience required, recruiting experience preferred.

Follow MIAC and NCAA Division III guidelines and regulations, while exhibiting behavior that represents a positive image of the athletic program and the college.

Knowledge and adherence to the MIAC Code of Ethics.

Ability to show initiative; organize workflow; manage one or more projects; and handle frequent interruptions.
