Job Summary
The Director of Athletics leads a comprehensive athletics program overseeing intercollegiate teams, recreation, and more. Reporting to the Vice President for Student Affairs, this role encompasses program management, compliance, fundraising, and student-athlete recruitment and retention.
Qualifications:
Master's degree (from college or University accredited by the US Department of Education or internationally recognized accrediting organization)
Bachelor's degree required (from college or University accredited by the US Department of Education or internationally recognized accrediting organization).
Prior coaching experience at the college level.
Proven leadership and management skills to include establishing and communicating priorities, developing strategic partnerships, and budget management.
A commitment to excellence in competition and academic success; commitment to women's and men's athletic programs.
