The Assistant Coach for Women's Soccer at an NJCAA Division III program assists the Head Coach in various aspects of the team's management. This includes recruiting talented student-athletes, organizing training and conditioning programs, monitoring academic progress, and ensuring compliance with NJCAA and other regulations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of an Associate degree or equivalent required.

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in playing or coaching high school, AAU, or intercollegiate soccer.

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience recruiting student-athletes in a community college setting.

Strong ability to build relationships within our recruitment area.
