Job Summary

Handles direct programming at the rink, including instructional, adult hockey, adaptive ice sports, and special events. Duties include hiring staff, facilitating registration, and overseeing curriculum while monitoring and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in recreation, sports management or marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience with ice arena programming, equipment and operations.

One year experience managing personnel.

Strong organizational, marketing and communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse constituent groups.
