Athletic Trainer II

Job Summary

The Athletic Trainer II - TeamHealth position involves evaluating and treating injured students. Responsibilities include developing treatment goals, providing therapeutic modalities, documenting treatment information, and collaborating with healthcare providers regarding orthopedic and sports injuries.

What you need:

1. Movement performance assessment, joint mobilization, PNF and ACL return to sport program experience preferred.
2. Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year college.
3. Two years of experience as a certified Athletic Trainer in a high school or college environment.
4. General knowledge of the principles and practices of athletic training including conditioning, injury prevention, injury assessment, and rehabilitation.
5. Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) standards for handling blood borne pathogens.
