Job Summary
The Director of Compliance will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive rules education program. They will provide rules interpretations to coaches and staff, assist in monitoring compliance with NCAA regulations, and support the institution's Elite Athlete Program.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience in Division I Athletics Compliance or equivalent.
- Experience with NCAA Compliance Assistant, LSDBi, and RSRO systems, Teamworks, and JumpForward recruiting/compliance system.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience.
- Thorough knowledge of program activity and best practices.
