Job Summary

The role focuses on staying updated with best practices and methods for program activities, maintaining a supportive environment for participants and staff, overseeing equipment inventory, and ensuring program policies are enforced. It also includes participating in professional development, handling safety concerns, and maintaining records.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.

Rec Cross CPR and First Aid Instructor.

Standard First Aid Training Certification.

Client service-focused, entrepreneurial, and creative thinking skills to resolve non-standard issues.

Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
