Job Summary

Lead fundraising efforts for Athletics, collaborating with the CDO and the Athletic Director to create and manage a comprehensive fundraising plan. This includes engaging with prospects and donors, nurturing relationships, soliciting gifts, and overseeing faculty fundraising initiatives. Meeting defined annual metrics is a crucial responsibility.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (foreign equivalent or higher).

4 years of full-time fundraising experience in a higher education institution, a large non-profit, or a complex healthcare system (or sales or related experience).

Proven record of cultivating and successfully soliciting individual donors or institutions for major gifts ($100,000+).

Experience managing numerous priorities and a portfolio of donor/client relationships.

Contact management software experience.
