Job Summary
This job is responsible for collecting payments from customers renting indoor and outdoor tennis courts, managing reservations, and assisting the facility manager with various front desk tasks. It requires basic mathematical and computer skills, as well as good communication skills. Cashiering experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Uses a reservation system to collect payment from customers via credit card and to schedule court reservations.
Provides information and answers general questions about hours, reservations, pricing, etc.
Opens and closes facility at beginning and end of shifts.
Answer phones and book/cancel court reservations.
Assist Facility Manager and Coaches with various clerical tasks.
