Job Summary
The candidate responsibilities include working with athletic department staff coordinators and students, overseeing Quality Control operators, troubleshooting technical issues, creating training materials, and promoting key plays and moments on social media. This role plays a critical part in broadcasting live sports and maintaining broadcast standards.
Qualifications:
2+ years of prior experience overseeing live sports productions.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of typical broadcast equipment (switcher, replay, graphics, cameras) and ability to troubleshoot issues related to that equipment efficiently and remotely.
Capability to manage multiple projects and provide solid decision-making skills in a high-pressure environment.
Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on communication, journalism, or other related field.
