Job Summary

Stadium is seeking an experienced Manager, Insights & Analytics, to join our newly formed Audience Development team. The candidate will play a strategic role in leveraging advanced data science techniques, statistical modeling, and analytics to drive marketing effectiveness and audience growth. You will lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies, provide guidance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing campaigns and improve customer targeting. Your expertise in data science, marketing analytics, and leadership will be instrumental in shaping the organization's marketing strategies, audience growth and driving innovation. The right candidate will have a deep understanding of the media, entertainment, and sports landscape and be in tune with consumer/viewer trends and habits.

The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and collaborative. They are focused on driving insights, pulling data, building data pipelines, building dashboards, and creating recommendations.

Stadium is an interactive sports network enabling fans around the country to engage with professionally-produced content and a first-class talent team. Originating from Chicago’s United Center - with a studio in the heart of the facility’s atrium steps away from the famed Michael Jordan statue - Stadium operates the industry’s original OTT-delivered sports network, creating video content for itself and its partners seeking to bridge the high quality of televised content with the immediacy and interactivity of digital media.


  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency through data quality checks and validation processes
  • Develop insights from new research into how our viewers engage with our content
  • Apply advanced statistical and automation techniques to analyze marketing data and uncover meaningful insights
  • Ownership over mobile app, OTT, OTA data and analytics
  • Build authenticated user data pipelines to create personalization, automation, and predictions
  • Lead the development of predictive models to identify audience behavior patterns and segment customers for targeted marketing campaigns
  • Serve as the primary research point of contact and subject matter expert in streaming, linear, VOD and social media content performance
  • Take end-to-end ownership of insights & analytics to inform marketing strategies and overall audience development & engagement initiatives
  • Define critical metrics and KPI’s for content performance that are aligned to the overall content strategy and goals; build audience projection models
  • Provide actionable insights and go-to-market recommendations to internal stakeholders based on consumer/user trends and habits, a/b testing, audience research, social media measurement, etc.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate complex marketing data insights to stakeholders
  • Create regular reports and presentations that highlight key findings, trends, and performance metrics
  • Effectively communicate and socialize results and findings throughout the organization in a simple and intuitive narrative format. Support team members with regular dashboards and reporting
  • Partner with technology team to continually integrate the tools, methods, and processes supporting analysis
  • Support the audience development team and enterprise with additional responsibilities as needed including qualitative and quantitative research projects on an ad hoc basis


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Computer Science, Marketing Science, Marketing Analytics or similar quantitative field strongly preferred
  • 4+ years of experience with any combination of advanced and predictive analytics, marketing analytics, and analytic techniques for marketing, customer, and business applications required
  • 2+ years crafting and developing business intelligence dashboards using any BI tools required
  • Experience with analytics visualization tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or Tableau and syndicated research/data tools (i.e., comScore, etc. required
  • Technical understanding of probability & statistics, machine learning and optimization algorithms required
  • Experience creating dashboards, authoring reporting and troubleshooting BI reporting and dashboard platforms such as DOMO, Tableau or similar tool required
  • Experience incorporating complex data sets from different data sources and other API’s into BI reporting and dashboard platforms required
  • Expertise in MS Excel – lookups, pivot tables, dynamic charts and tables required
  • Experience in schema design and dimensional data modeling and building data pipelines required
  • Experience analyzing mobile and web conversion data (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) required
  • Experience analyzing Digital Marketing performance (search, email, social, programmatic display, etc.) required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) and efficiently across disciplines with colleagues and stakeholders required
  • Excellent presentation skills with advanced knowledge in presentation software/programs (Word, PPT, Canva, Tableau, other BI Tools) required
  • Detail-oriented and be able to manage multiple priorities to meet tight deadlines required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous projects required
