CSE, Inc. excels in creating youth fastpitch softball tournaments and is seeking a candidate with a desire to help grow in the industry and beyond.

Responsibilities

The Director of Admin Services and Operations at Cowart Sports Events will be responsible for all aspects of Administrative Duties, from the start of an event to the close. Handling team registrations and files, invoicing, hotel accommodations (setting up blocks, tracking, and managing of hotel accommodations), food hospitality and sponsors, staff housing, hiring part time help for events, partner communication, contract labor hiring and pay tracking, procuring sponsors, compiling reports and building event presentations. This position needs a candidate with the desire to assist in growing and expanding this business to its full potential. Event attendance will be required, about once a month over the weekend. This position is hybrid, mainly remote, with some in office work at corporation location.

Qualifications

Experience in the hotel industry is a huge plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Highly organized when handling multiple events.

Payroll handling experience.

Marketing experience.

HR experience is a bonus.

Experience procuring sponsors is a bonus.

Base Salary Range $48,000-$55,000- Full Time
