Job Summary

This freelance role involves ensuring quality control and operational support for B1G+, managing live streams and on-demand content, coordinating with key stakeholders, and handling customer service requests. Position spans September through May, offering up to 40 hours per week.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media or Communications.
• Experience working with digital media and streaming products.
• Familiarity with content management system (CMS) publishing workflows.
• Proactive problem-solver who can prioritize, communicate, and handle multiple time-sensitive issues and requests in a high-pressure environment.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
