Staff Accountant

Job Summary

The Staff Accountant maintains financial reports, records, and general ledgers. This position is responsible for preparing and analyzing budgets and performing general bookkeeping.

Primary Responsibilities

• Handle balance sheet reconciliations and account analyses


• Process monthly journal entries and accruals

• Project-based settlement accounting and management


• Assist in department budget management, preparation, and projection process

• Assist with management of Concur Expense System and review/approval of employee expenses


• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable


• Additional responsibilities as assigned
