Assistant Rowing Coach

Job Summary

The assistant coach for men's and women's rowing assists the head coach in the planning and operation of all aspects of the rowing programs at the University. This includes planning and preparing for practice, all competitions, and providing input on player evaluation and other decisions concerning team operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Overseeing practice in conjunction with head coach and staff
• Assist with coordination of team travel, including booking transportation, hotels, and organizing itineraries
• Assist with regatta management for home races
• Other duties assigned by the Head Coach
