Job Summary

Lead the design and management of an online fan panel/community and manage qualitative and quantitative research projects from start to finish. Ideal candidate possesses a deep interest in consumer behaviors, analytical background, and the ability to develop and share impactful insights across the organization.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

7+ years experience in market research and strategic insights creation

Experience leading a market research online community and programming quantitative and qualitative surveys and activities preferred

Moderation experience is a plus
