Responsibilities include real-time operational management, quality control validation, schedule updates, customer service assistance, and supporting on-demand content delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media or Communications

Experience working with digital media and streaming products.

Familiarity with content management system (CMS) publishing workflows.

Proactive problem-solver who can prioritize, communicate, and handle multiple time-sensitive issues and requests in a high-pressure environment.
