Job Summary



The Director of Athletic Academic Support University leads academic services for student-athletes, managing advising, mentoring, and academic progress monitoring. Responsibilities include organizing and implementing academic programs, collaborating with university staff, tracking eligibility, and overseeing NCAA compliance.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University
  • Master's Degree in Sport Administration or Counseling, Student Affairs preferred.
  • Three years of experience performing related job duties and in collegiate athletics, preferred knowledge of Team works or GradesFirst, and Game Plan.
  • Knowledge with the NCAA guidelines.
  • Must have the ability to manage a small staff.
