Compliance & Player Safety Officer

Job Summary

The Associate counsel is responsible for reviewing and updating policies, managing safety programs, developing training initiatives, conducting investigations, and ensuring league-wide compliance.

The role involves liaising with relevant offices, preparing reports, and providing guidance on compliance best practices and regulatory considerations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) Degree.
• 3+ years of legal practice, with a strong preference for experience relating to investigations and compliance.
• Training in trauma-informed investigations preferred.
• Knowledge of the Spanish and/or French Language (business proficiency).
• Experience with trauma-informed interviews.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with outstanding analytical skills and ability to make targeted recommendations.
