Associate Counsel

Job Summary

The role includes reviewing, revising and updating player safeguarding policies, training programs and reporting guidelines. In addition, the attorney may assist with other compliance matters, including investigations and supporting the league's compliance function.

What you will be doing:

• Develop training and education programs for players, coaches, referees, and other participants in the sport.


• Conduct due diligence and research. Manage intake of allegations of policy violations and conduct investigations, where appropriate.


• Prepare and develop annual surveys and reports and liaise with USSF’s Player Safety Office.


• Provide guidance and support relating to compliance best practices and regulatory considerations.
