Job Description:
You will be responsible for preparing custom training content based on scouting reports/footage to help our teams prepare for games. We are seeking a candidate with a keen sense of accuracy to join our team.
Shift and schedule
- Based on football season schedule.
- Collaborate with our team and clients to design and implement custom training content.
- Take ownership of critical tasks, ensuring their successful execution and timely delivery.
- At least one year of experience in football coaching, analytics, or related football administration at the collegiate or professional level (GA, QC, or former collegiate football student-athlete preferred. Ideal candidate will have diverse skill sets with GA and/or QC experience with offense and defense)
- Strong football technical expertise in drawing plays and film breakdown
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Strong work ethic and self-starter
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and strong organizational skills to meet deadlines
- Passion for the game and a deep understanding of the demands and challenges faced by professional sports organizations and athletes.
