Director of Human Resources

Job Summary

This role will directly support the Big Ten Network employee population including employees based at the Chicago studio as well as those who work on remote events.

The Director will lead the HR function for the BTN business and will focus on overseeing and providing strategic human resources planning, talent acquisition, training & development programs, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, and compliance.
