Job Description:

We are expanding our Coaching Consultants Team and seeking experienced coaches in Baseball, Softball, and/or Golf who have established relationships with high school-level athletes and college contacts. Your territory will be defined by your existing network, allowing you to leverage your connections to create impactful opportunities for student-athletes.

Responsibilities:

    •    Identify and work with high school athletes seeking college-level opportunities.

    •    Leverage your network of college coaches to facilitate connections for athletes.

    •    Utilize our proven system to guide athletes and their families through the college recruiting process.

    •    Serve as a mentor and advisor to athletes, helping them navigate academic, athletic, and personal development.

    •    Collaborate with our team to maximize the success of student-athlete placements.

Qualifications:

    •    Proven experience as a coach in Baseball, Softball, and/or Golf at the high school or club level.

    •    Established network of high school athletes and college contacts.

    •    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    •    Passion for helping student-athletes achieve their goals.

    •    Ability to work independently while following our proven system.
