DESCRIPTION: 

CFS is seeking a mature, energetic and organized coach who promotes an appreciation of physical fitness, teamwork and sportsmanship to assist the head coach in leading our baseball program for the spring season.

 Must Have:

●        Current valid driver’s license and willingness to drive nine-passenger van

●        Effective written and verbal communications skills

 The Assistant Coach Must:

●        Assist the head coach with coaching and monitoring of the athletic program for the assigned sport

●        Attend all practices and games

●        Demonstrate a willingness to support the school’s mission, entire program and core values (respect, responsibility, integrity and brotherhood) through personal example, actions and attitude

●        Assist the head coach with ensuring that scholar-athletes adhere to eligibility rules, grade requirements and rules of behavior

●        Cultivate and consistently maintain positive relationships with scholars and the CFS community

●        Promote self-discipline and responsible decision-making among the scholars

●        Assist the head coach with ensuring the continual supervision of scholar athletes during practice, workouts and in the locker room
