1. Account Manager (Spray Technician Licensed)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 annually (based on experience)

Position Overview:
The Account Manager plays a critical role in managing client relationships while overseeing turf maintenance programs. This position combines customer service, technical expertise, and operational coordination to ensure client satisfaction and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong, professional relationships
• Develop, implement, and manage customized turf maintenance and treatment plans
• Schedule and coordinate services, ensuring timely and efficient completion of work
• Conduct site inspections to assess turf health, identify issues, and recommend solutions
• Ensure all applications comply with environmental regulations and safety standards
• Supervise and support field staff, including Spray Technicians
• Maintain accurate records of services, treatments, and client communications
• Provide expert guidance on turf health, pest control, fertilization, and disease management
• Assist with estimating, proposals, and account growth opportunities
• Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

• Valid Spray Technician license (required)
• Proven experience in turf management, landscaping, or sports field maintenance
• Strong knowledge of turfgrass health, chemicals, and application techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Leadership and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
• Valid driver’s license
