Fundraising University -- Sales Representative
Job Summary
Just finished your sport? Graduating with a business degree? Still want competition, structure, and a way to win?
Fundraising University is hiring driven, competitive individuals, especially College Grads, Business Majors and graduating athletes who want to build a high-income career while staying connected to sports.
We help high school and youth athletic programs raise money in a simple, high-impact way. You’ll work directly with coaches and teams, while building your own book of business and income.
What You’ll Actually Do
This is not a desk job — and not a typical sales role.
You’ll be:
• Meeting face-to-face with coaches and athletic directors
• Running fundraising campaigns with sports teams
• Managing your own local territory
• Following a proven system (no guesswork)
• Competing to win new school partnerships
• Helping teams hit real financial goals
Why Athletes & Competitors Thrive Here
If you’ve played sports, you already understand how to succeed in this role:
• Discipline
• Coachability
• Work ethic
• Competing to win
This role feels more like a season than a job. Effort → Results → Income.
Income & Growth
• Uncapped commission on every sale (new + repeat business)
• Six-figure potential by Year 2 for top performers
• Protected territory — what you build is yours
• Residual/recurring income from accounts you build
Support You Won’t Get in Most 1099 Roles
• Full onboarding and sales training
• A proven process to be successful
• Custom CRM and ongoing coaching
We give you the system. You get the freedom of an independent role with the structure of a real team behind you.
Who This Is For
Great fit if you are:
• A recent college graduate (Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar)
• A former or graduating athlete who misses competition
• Someone who wants performance-based income (not a capped salary)
• Competitive, self-driven, and comfortable talking to people
• Someone who bets on themselves and isn’t afraid to hear “no”
Bonus if you:
• Have coaching, leadership, or team experience
• Have worked with schools, teams, or youth programs
• Want to build something long-term — not just “get a job”
Why This Beats a Typical Job
• No income ceiling
• No sitting behind a desk all day
• Stay connected to sports and athletes
• Build a career with real ownership and upside
