About the Role
We are seeking a driven, well-connected Sales Representative with strong ties in the youth sports industry. This role is ideal for individuals who already have relationships with coaches, athletic directors, club owners, or sports organizations and want to monetize those connections by offering high-impact solutions.
You’ll represent a unique suite of products designed to help teams and organizations improve athlete recruiting exposure while generating meaningful fundraising revenue.
What You’ll Do (Daily Responsibilities)
- Prospect and engage youth sports organizations, clubs, teams, and schools
- Leverage existing relationships to generate warm introductions and referrals
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, social media, and in-person networking
- Schedule and lead product demos/presentations with decision-makers
- Clearly communicate value around recruiting visibility and fundraising opportunities
- Close new business and onboard organizations
- Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy and market feedback
- Track activity, pipeline, and deals using CRM or reporting tools
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
Sales Process
- Identify and connect with organizations (warm network + outbound)
- Set appointments and present solutions
- Customize offering based on organization needs
- Close deals and support onboarding
- Generate referrals and expand within networks
Targets & Performance Expectations
- Weekly outreach activity (calls, emails, messages)
- Consistent pipeline development
- Monthly revenue targets (based on experience and ramp-up)
- Ongoing relationship building within sports communities
Who You Are
- Strong existing network within youth sports (AAU, travel teams, high school athletics, etc.)
- Proven sales experience (B2B, sports sales, or related fields preferred)
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to present and close deals confidently
- Organized and accountable with follow-through
