The North Carolina Leadership Academy (NCLA) is a Northwest Piedmont 1A Conference member of the NCHSAA. We are looking for an energetic, committed individual with a passion to teach & grow young people. The NCLA volleyball program is a very solid program that has made it to the NC State Playoffs every year that we have been a member of the NCHSAA.
