Job Summary

1. Requires at least 3 years of human resource management experience with a focus on employee relations. 
2. Experience with benefits management and open enrollment activities is highly preferred.
3. Experience and capacity to handle sensitive information with attention to detail and compliance is required. 
4. Sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required. 
5. HRIS administration and file feed management is highly preferred.
