Job Summary

• Manage incoming mail


• Monitor incoming/outgoing documents


• Input required data into tracking system, followed by mailing out information to approved donation recipients


• Respond to all inbound requests within a timely manner


• Responsible for organizing and maintaining autographed inventory


• Provide assistance to department by assembling and distributing items such as goody bags and special requests


• Assist with answering and appropriately responding to phone requests and departmental inquiries


• Assist with coordinating and distributing Commissioner’s Community Initiative tickets


• Provide assistance with special projects and departmental duties, including, but not limited to, game day activities (nights and weekends)

• Able and willing to work flexible hours - including holidays, nights and weekends


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Ability to comfortably lift 40 lbs.


• Highly organized with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
