Job Summary

The position will be in charge of data and customer information entering while providing general ticket sales.

Duties

• Fulfillment of ticket and mail
• Printing and delivery of group tickets
• General fan assistance and customer service
• Attending of community events
• Running reports using the ticket system
• Serving as fans liaison
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate
• Can work flexible days/hours
• Strong time management/attentive to detail skills
• MS office familiarity
