Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of helping to oversee all the staff team members of Club/Restaurant and menu development.

Duties

• Helping to ensure a smooth arena operations
• Helping to establish and enforce policies in the arena
• Helping to hire, train, staff and schedule of the team members
• Ensure top notch hospitality
• Development of promotions and program that can enhance experience of the guests and team members
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• 3 years of food & beverage operations with 2 years of supervisory/management capacity
• Team leading experience
• Attention to detail
• Strong skills organization, communications, computer, MS office
