Job Summary

The Business Analytics intern is responsible for assisting with day to day tasks within the Business Analytics department. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Contribute to projects as directed by the business analytics team, applying a wide range of methodologies, to support decision-making for various departments
• Daily data uploads to internal data warehouse
• Create and maintain applications, reports, and Tableau dashboards
• Assist with lead generation and analysis through Salesforce
• Assist with automation including lead scoring, customer retention and predictive modeling
• And other duties may be assigned

 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong interest and knowledge of business analytics
• Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor and present key messages to the appropriate audience
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Excellent statistical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with data to provide relevant analysis
• Experience with modeling techniques including regression analysis and cluster modeling
