Job Summary

The position will be developing, coordinating and handling the administration of all Esports varsity, club and recreational tasks.

Duties

• Scouting and recruiting of high school
• Fostering of team environment with sense of community that can support student athlete retention
• Coaching and instructing of student athletes
• Supervising of all Esports practices and program events
• Facilitating and managing of all team travel as needed
• Coordinating of scrimmages and matches
• Development of long term school vision
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• CPR and first aid certified
• Diver's license with Class E endorsement
